Pink Panda (they/she) is a non-binary street artist and painter based in Winnipeg on Treaty 1 Territory. Known for bold colours, flowing lines, and a playful fusion of urban art, nature, music, and cartoons, their work explores presence, emotion, and self-expression. Using spray paint, acrylics, and UV-reactive paints, they create immersive experiences that celebrate individuality and their connection to the queer community. Their art practice includes chalk street drawings, live pop-up installations, and vibrant canvases that reflect their mantra, “Be in the moment.” Pink Panda has participated in both solo and group exhibitions and shares their passion through inclusive spray paint workshops in schools and community spaces. Artist Statement: Painting is my sanctuary. It’s where I go when I need to breathe, reflect, and release. Living with anxiety, I often wrestle with internal noise, but art helps me find clarity through colour, line, and movement. My work is raw, layered, and often spontaneous. It draws from my love of bright colours, street art, and the emotional weight of everyday moments. Each piece is part of what I call my Pandamensional reality—a place shaped by past experiences, cultural roots, and imagined futures. Through live painting, chalk drawings, and mixed media canvases, I practice staying present. I embrace imperfection and share the vulnerability of being in process. I hope viewers can lose themselves in the rhythm, texture, and emotion of my work, and maybe discover a piece of themselves in it too.
